Tama

The turtle given to Keitaro by Mutsumi, always referred to as Tama-chan. She is an 'onsen-tamago' or hot-springs turtle, and like others of her species, it appears that she can fly. Kaolla and Mutsumi appear to have the ability to speak with Tama, and Kaolla occasionally develops the urge to eat her.
